Care That Understands You
Our Support Workers provide dependable, one-on-one care visits at the preferred times of your choice. We negotiate this with you as part of your Plan for individualised care.
We aim to “match” you with a compatible carer who acts as your key support person – and have you meet others in our team who can act as reserves when your main carer may be sick or away for some reason.
Our care team members are employed based on experience and relevant qualifications. Personalised care is only made possible by having a broad team of committed, creative and caring employees able to focus on the unique needs of each individual.
You deserve the best fit with your care team!
We seek to tailor services and this can involve different care levels, including more specialised care you may need if living with cancer, Parkinson’s, Dementia and Alzheimer’s or if you’re a person in receipt of Veteran’s Affairs support or someone living with a dust-related disease. We assist people during life’s critical times too – such as palliative care and post-Stroke care.
Find Your Perfect Care Match
We’ll help you choose a compatible carer and tailor a care plan that fits your needs—whether it’s everyday support or specialised care for conditions like dementia, cancer, or Parkinson’s.
